The VDA Group is made up of its own board, as well as the Vuan family (founders of the company) and the boards of Friulia and Bticino. VDA Multimedia also controls eight sales companies in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and participates in Netinsat, a company specializing in satellite distribution.
