Hotel is an eco friendly
five-star hotel on Battersea London’s new
left bank, as part of Falcon Wharf Development.
The hotel comprises of 65 guest rooms, 15 apartments, 2 restaurants
with indoor
and outdoor dining, a bar, lounge, spa with gym and pool, meeting room,
conference hall, coffee shop, brasserie and a florist.
Rafayel on the Left Bank is set to prove that hotels can embrace cutting-edge green technologies and minimize their environmental impact without comprising on 5-star luxury, quality or comfort. Incorporating the latest technological advances in LED lighting, air conditioning, VDA efficiencies and rainwater harvesting will enable the hotel to reduce the 70kg carbon footprint of the average London hotel guest by an astounding 20%.
VDA's HD IPTV system through advanced LCD's provides the final touch to the guest, by providing not only TV entertainment to their guest, but also control of their heating and lighting through their LCD TV.
Rafayel Hotel è un hotel a 5 stelle eco solidale, posto sulla nuova riva sinistra di Battersea London e facente parte dello sviluppo del complesso Falcon Warf.
L'hotel dispone di 65 camere, 12 appartamenti, 2 ristoranti con sale all'aperto e al coperto, un bar, una sala lounge, un centro benessere con palestra e piscina, sala riunioni, sala conferenze, una caffetteria, una brasserie ed un fioraio.
Rafayel on the Left Bank è la dimostrazione che gli alberghi possono abbracciare le tecnologie verdi all'avanguardia e ridurre al minimo il loro impatto ambientale senza compromettrere qualità e comfort tipici di un 5 stelle di lusso. Integrare gli ultimi progressi tecnologici nel campo dell'illuminazione a LED, aria condizionata, l'efficienza VDA e la raccolta di acqua piovana, consentirà di ridurre i 70Kg di impronta media di carbonio (coefficiente di incidenza sul riscaldamento globale) del cliente dell'hotel a Londra, di un sorprendente 20%.
Il sistema VDA HD di IPTV attraverso avanzati LCD offre il tocco finale al cliente, fornendo non solo intrattenimento televisivo alla clientela, ma anche il controllo del riscaldamento e dell'illuminazione attraverso i TV LCD.
